The software is being re-written from scratch and will work as both a stand-alone bulk file import application and as an integrated file acqusition module within the DocumentMan and EventMan applications.

Users will benefit from faster integrated access with the DocumentMan and EventMan applications, enhanced usability and security features and will be able to import to PDF format.

The new Bulk Acquirer forms the foundation of ESL's new Digital Mailroom product and will supercede the current Bulk Scan application. Bulk Acquirer is scheduled for a Q2 2005 release.
